Here are answers to what parents ask us most. If your question isn't on the list, just write to us.
support@getjabba.comJabba is a learning friend for children: your child gets a daily plan of school-subject tasks and can ask Jabba for help along the way. Jabba explains and nudges, but never hands over the answer.
You sign your child in from the parent area. Go to Parent → Settings and create a login link. If you're both at the same device, just tap “Sign your child in on this device”. If your child is using their own tablet or phone, hold its camera over the QR code on your screen.
Yes. Next to the QR code there is a six-character code. Tap “Type the code” in the Jabba app on your child's device and enter the six characters shown on your own screen. The code lasts ten minutes and works once — if it has expired, simply create a new login link.
Use “Forgot your password?” on the login page and we'll email you a link. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and that you're using the address the account was created with. Otherwise write to us and we'll find it.
On getjabba.com, under Parent → Subscription. There you can see your plan, switch between Standard and Premium, update your card and cancel. We don't sell subscriptions inside the app, so there is no App Store or Google Play purchase to cancel.
The privacy policy sets it all out: what we store, why, for how long, and which processors handle data on our behalf. If you want a copy of your data, or want something corrected or erased, write to us at privacy@cognitionsoftware.dk.
Go to Parent → Your account and find “Delete your account” at the bottom of the page. You type DELETE to confirm. If you own the family, your children's data — conversations, progress and creations — is deleted along with the account, and it cannot be undone.
Close the app completely and open it again — that clears most glitches. If it doesn't help, write to us. Tell us which device you're using, what your child was doing, and what happened instead; it helps us help you faster.
Write to us at support@getjabba.com — we read all of it, and small irritations are as useful as big bugs. If you have the app through TestFlight or Google Play's testing programme, you can also send feedback straight from there.
No. Support is for grown-ups only, and there is no contact button inside the child's app. Write to us from your own email and we'll reply to you.
You're always welcome to write. Tell us which device you're using and what happened — then we won't have to ask afterwards.
We reply in English and Danish, usually within one working day.
If it's about your data — access, correction or erasure — write to privacy@cognitionsoftware.dk.
